About the Event
Lets take a deep dive into a few things to figure out what works for you. There's lots of information out there and a lot of it contradicts each other. So, what works for you? There are many ways to approach this, but there are some basics that work if we can focus and be consistent. In this 30 day workshop we will go over the following subjects over 5 classes. It will be a fun way to learn, share, explore, move, cook and try new things.
- Diet- is there a good diet to follow?
- Nutrition - what foods do we eat for health?
- Exercise - what exercises shold we be doing?
- Movement- how much movement and what kind is best?
- Sleep - why is it so important and what happnes while we sleep?
- Rest - why do we need to rest and how?
- Stress - what is stress and how does it show up in our body, are we even aware of it?
- Regulation - How do you reset your nervous system to feel centered, and what activities will help you regulate?
Workshop dates: 5/1, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20 and 5/30
Class times: 5- 6pm PST
Group: Group participation is optional but I offer this group coaching so you can connect with others, and learn from each other. Connection and knowing others feel similarly have been proven effective in supporting our needs.

We are constantly giving of ourselves, rushing and running around, planning and guiding, meeting deadlines and finding ways to cope with the overwhelm. So, I want you to have an opportunity to take some time for yourself, to heal, to feel seen and heard, to be safe, and to learn something new.
I look forward to getting to know you, share my knowledge and approach these topics in a new way for you. You also get the benefit of being part of group, learning from each other and sharing in a community setting. Community is an opportunity to be seen, heard and commiserating.
