Client Profile Matrix: Archetypes, Protocols & Outcomes

Client 1: Weight Loss (female and male mid-late 40’s)

Initial Results: Lost up to 10 lbs and significant inches within the first 2–3 weeks of starting their personalized protocol.

Initial Challenges & Habit Patterns

  • Eating frequent small meals and oversnacking with “healthy” foods but overconsuming calories and not allowing time for digestion and hunger to build.

  • Waiting until motivation to exercise- lacking consistency

  • Eating large dinners too late in the day

  • Disruption to sleep due to lifestyle and improper nutrition

Modifications and Outcomes:

  • Functional Reset / Guided Detox: Implemented a targeted 7-, 14-, or 21-day easy-to-digest, plant-rich reset to eliminate inflammatory triggers and lighten the burden on the digestive tract.

  • Protein-First Morning Anchor: Restructured breakfast around high-quality protein and whole foods, eliminating early morning blood sugar spikes and establishing clear meal spacing.

  • Elimination of Grazing: Established distinct eating windows to allow full digestive rest, migrate the MMC (migrating motor complex), and restore natural hunger/fullness signals.

  • Progressive Movement Plan: Initiated gentle daily movement first to build consistency, systematically advancing to structured physical activity over time.

  • Accountability & Log Audits: Utilized daily food photo logging and weekly progress check-ins to identify hidden energy leaks and optimize meal timing.

Client 3:Grief, Depression, Severe Brain Fog & Nutrient Rehabilitation

(male and female clients late ranging in 40’s)

Navigating heavy grief (loss of a parent) alongside decades of chronic medical management and systemic health challenges.

Initial Results: Male client saw significant results right away with body recomposition, hair growth and mood and mindset alterations “feeling like old self” and partner noticing changes rapidly. Female client- struggled with long-term plan and micro-modifications due to health history experienced severe fatigue and set backs.

Initial Challenges & Habit Patterns:

  • Severe lack of nutrients due to food choices, restrictions, and ability to make meals

  • High bolus of sugar masked in “healthy’ options of excess fruit, refined carbohydrates, bars, and processed snacks

  • Food choices constrained by shared household preferences, allergies, and reliance on partners for cooking, creating barriers to consistent progress.

  • Severe fatigue, brain fog, and sedentary routines driven by lack of motivation, demanding work schedules, and physical pain.

  • Deep emotional exhaustion, identifying strongly as "sick" and "depressed," compounded by bereavement and long-standing chronic illness.

Modifications and Outcomes:

  • High-Touch Initial Accountability during weeks 1–3 to stabilize habits, build emotional momentum, and troubleshoot setbacks.

  • Introduced mandatory morning sunshine with progressive daily walks as motivation and energy resumed

  • Implemented structured plant rotation, nutrient-dense colorful whole foods, and specific recipe guidelines while cutting processed snacks and hidden sugars.

  • Male client: saw rapid changes and opted to create separate meals from partner in order to obtain nutrients

  • Female client: Partner adapted recipes to accommodate specific palates, food allergies, and cooking capability.

  • Initial communication was multiple times a day for the first few weeks, then weekly check-ins and then monthly meetings.

Male client: experienced rapid weight loss, significant body recomposition, sudden surge of daily energy, visible hair growth, and expansion into multiple daily walks and workouts. Partner noting and thanking me for changes and her ability to “reach around him”.

Female client: experienced restored ability to move without severe exhaustion or pain; successfully introduced broader plant variety and nutrient-dense portions. Successfully shifted identity away from chronic disease labels; agreed to try new nutrient-dense recipes and expanded her food comfort zone.

Every client enters this journey with a distinct health narrative, lifestyle demands, and personal goals—requiring an approach that meets you where you are. Working 1:1or as a group setting allows me to get to know your physiological needs, preferences, and schedules. Group coaching does not allow for high-touch individualized contact, but quite a few clients have gained insight and information and made significant transformations well beyond our time together.
